Why are there different prices for the same shoe?

All items are sold on consignment. Prices are set by our consignors, which results in different prices for the same shoe.

When should I expect my order to arrive?

Orders are normally shipped between 24-48 hours of an order being processed. Delivery times can take anywhere between 2-6 business days within the continental United States. Delivery times for International shipments normally take between 7-10 business days (not including customs).

How can I check the status of my order?

Once an order is shipped, we will email you the tracking number.

How can I pay for a product that I want to order?

Collective accepts the following as forms of payment:

  • PayPal
  • Google Checkout
  • Visa
  • MasterCard
  • Discover
  • American Express

Do I have to pay sales tax on my order?

All orders shipped to California are subject to a 9.75% sales tax charge. Orders shipped anywhere else will not be charged sales tax.

Do you allow a local pick up for my order?

Unfortunately, we do not allow any local pick ups under any circumstances.

Can I ship my order to a different address other than my PayPal address?

Collective only ships to a PayPal confirmed address that is linked to your PayPal payment.

Can I return or exchange my order?

Unfortunately, we do not accept returns or exchanges unless there has been a mistake on the shipment. Due to products being on consignment, all sales are final.

Can I get a cheaper shipping option?

Our shipping prices are all fixed. Shipping prices are not negotiable under any circumstances.

How will my order be shipped?

Orders are shipped through USPS or UPS within the United States. International orders are shipped through USPS Express Mail International. All items are double boxed and packaged carefully. T-shirts will be packaged in a USPS flat rate envelope.

Are your products 100% authentic?

Everything that we sell is 100% authentic. We inspect every item that we get and ensure its authenticity. Please refer to our eBay feedback to see that we sell authentic products.

How can I get a discount or coupon code?

We occasionally send out emails with discounts or coupon codes. Please make sure to sign up for our newsletter for future updates.

Can I place an item on hold?

Unfortunately, we do not place holds on any item. Our products are sold on a first come, first serve basis.

Do you accept trades on any items?

We do not accept any trades under any circumstances.
