All sales are final due to the fact that all items are on consignment. There will be no returns and no exchanges, unless the wrong item or size was delivered. NO EXCEPTIONS.

If the wrong item or size was delivered, all merchandise must be in the exact condition it was when received. If brand new, shoes or clothing must be unworn, tags still attached (if applicable) and original box and tissue paper must be in tact. If worn, shoes or clothing must be in the same exact condition as when shipped.

Item(s) must be returned within 7 days of receiving the item(s).

We have the right to refuse any return if any item does not meet any of the return requirements.

Once merchandise has been received and inspected thoroughly, the refund will be issued through the same payment method originally used.
